We are committed to a "models first" style of management which ensures our models get 1-on-1 support, guidance, and earn the most revenue possible.

Our agency provides a wide range of services to help our models grow and succeed in the digital modeling industry. OZ models are able to decide how much work they want to do themselves, or have our team handle it. This approach is unique in the industry and allows models, from just starting up to seasoned models, to find the best fit for their career.

We also do "rev-share" pricing on most of our services with the higher percentages coming when OZ is required to do more work.

Coaching

Our focus is to always ensure our models are informed, happy, and eager to earn more.

To make this easy, we have biweekly calls with each model to go over the account, and the strategies being used to grow the revenue for the model.

Consulting

To keep ourselves true to our core goal, putting the models first, we realize some models really enjoy all aspects of running their accounts. Most still want professional help to make sure they are "doing it right" and making as much revenue as they can.

OZ consulting is designed to offer just that. Consulting can include several things from content & marketing ideas, to account pricing and upsell techniques.

Management

Each managed OZ model gets a custom content plan to ensure the accounts are maximized for revenue. Content is uploaded to a secure shared drive, and then the OZ team posts the content.

Oz also handles the promotion of the content and accounts to gain as much exposure as possible, driving traffic.

OZ then handles all messaging to drive engagement and upsells for the account.

Promotion

If you have the right content, just not enough people seeing it, then you have a marketing, or promotion, problem. OZ was founded with a background of a marketing agency, so we can help with that. There are also many unique marketing techniques with accounts that most models don't realize.

Pricing/Upsells

From the outside looking in, a lot of models starting an account think they need a lot of subscribers to make a lot of money. They may also think they need to have a free account, or the opposite, an expensive account. There are a lot of ways to create revenue online, we know them all.
