OZ Agent Structure
Recruit
All OZ Agents recruit the models they manage. This process allows for a consistent environment for the clients as well as the agents. Agents are not given OZ clients to manage unless agreed upon by OZ and the client.
Manage
Managing the recruited models starts with ensuring the model attends calls and provides any needed content on the due date.
It is also the job of the OZ AGENT to communicate any model/client concerns to OZ and help solve any issues that come up with their clients.
OZ AGENTS do NOT manage accounts, content, handle chats, or social profiles of clients. Those tasks are handles by the OZ MANAGEMENT account staff.
Payout
The OZ AGENT position is paid out as a percent of earned revenue by the AGENT's clients. This percentage is determined by several factors but is always agreed upon in writing prior to client/model onboarding.
Environment
The OZ AGENT position can be a remote position and due to it's structure allows for agents to hold the position as a part-time or full-time position. The work/life balance created by this position in comparison to money earned is a huge factor in why many decide to become an OZM AGENT.
